Sheri Hardcastle is a child, youth and family counsellor with a private practice in Guelph, Ontario. She has built a successful business and has a happy and growing client base. In 2006, Sheri decided it was time to begin communicating to them and to new friends using a web site as her primary means of communication.

For Sheri, it was critical that her site would be as accessible and friendly as is she, while still delivering important information for families and their children, often about complex topics that are difficult to summarize. Further, Sheri's passion for learning was taking her in new directions, and her client services were evolving. Her web site needed to be flexible and able to change as her business grew into new areas.
